My hubby and I are planning on looking at homes to buy. However, we are not 100% sure that we want to buy –it depends on what we find, we may not find one we like and go with renting. If we look at homes, do we have to pay the real estate agent that shows us the homes?
Real estate debt as in a mortgage on a house that isn’t yet paid off. Does the bank just take the house? Or do the children have to pay off that debt?

I am just now getting my feet off the ground after being out of the job market for more years than I care to say because of three back surgeries that left me in chronic pain. My husband and I are currently looking to buy a home in Massachusetts. We have had a run-in with two real estate salespersons in regards to our “ethics”. We are first time home buyers and we were under the impression that, when signing the disclosure, we were using the salesperson ONLY as a facilitator.
